Table of contents revision 1
After looking at my first table of contents, I decided I wanted to change a few modern conventions that were missing from it. The first thing I did was remove the lined box from around the "Trail Getaway Contents" text. This allowed the space it took up to be much smaller, which allowed me to expand the spacing of the article titles. However, I decided I wanted to include descriptions of the articles. From my original table of contents, I combined a few of the articles as they were all related and should've been together in the first place. This also freed up some space on the page, which was a constant challenge I had to overcome in this revision. After doing this, I changed the font and sizing of the letters. I also swapped the places of the two pictures as I thought they looked better in opposite spots. Finally, I noticed that the background color made the two pictures appear dull. To fix this, I changed the background color to a color that was in the color scheme of the photos.
This change in the table of contents will make the page more appealing to my audience. It makes it appear simpler while also providing the audience with more information about what's in the article that will intrigue them to read further into the magazine. Below is my first table of contents compared to my updated revision.
